Chuck has represented Fortune 500 companies in a number of securities, tort, and breach of contract litigation cases and has counseled a number of start-up, entrepreneurial companies on business-related issues. He has also served as an adjunct professor at respected universities in California and as a technical consultant for numerous TV programs, including Boston Legal.

Joyce and Roger have helped families and businesses statewide in real property litigation and business litigation. They have particular expertise in helping homeowners recover from floods, sewer spills and mudslide damage.
